Orange Democratic Movement Member of Parliament has protested the planned return of controversial Lawyer Miguna Miguna demanding the main planner former Chief Justice Willy Mutunga to be punished. Homabay Member of Parliament Hon George Kaluma has penned informing that, it is so sad to see the former Chief Justice misuse his retirement benefits to surpass the law terming the planned return of Miguna Miguna against the law.
After the deportation of barrister and solicitor Miguna Miguna to Canada, the government issued red alerts to airlines which still exists stopping the airlines from flying the deported lawyer Miguna Miguna to Kenya or to any other African country.
