The Building Bridges Initiative Amendment bill has been facing serious opposing from the opposers .The BBI that was first taken to high court and court of appeals is in its three days of its hearing in supreme court . The initiative was planned by both the president of Kenya Honourable Uhuru Kenyatta and orange democratic movement party boss Raila Amolo Odinga.It has been seriously opposed by the United Democratic Alliance Party that says that it is not constitutional.
