Four-score passengers have been injured to various degrees ,when a bus veered off road and landed in a ditch near Kapkwen trading centre in Bomet County. A bodaboda rider and his passenger were killed in a road crash after ramming a lorry at the Tenwek Junction. The accident happened along Bomet-Silibwet road in Bomet county. A third passenger escaped with serious injuries in the accident that involved a lorry and a motorbike. According to Bomet Central sub-county police commander Musa Omar, the motorbike operator and one of the pillion passengers were killed on the spot, while a third passenger on board the motorbike escaped serious injuries.
