Bad News For Parents, Students Joining Universities and Colleges As This Worrying Report Emerges

Education Cabinet Secretary Prof George Magoha said that the government is implementing 100 per cent transition policy for university and colleges. However that means that transiting all the students to universities and colleges will cost the government about 65 billion to cater for both capitation and loans by Helb.
