Former Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission CEO James Oswago is in deep mourning after his daughter succumbed to Leukemia. The news was shared after his lawyer asked the court to adjourn his trial on the Chickengate scandal. When we were young out parents could warn us to stop playing in the rain because we could be strike by lightening. Apparently in north western part of Uganda a place called Arua there were 10 kids who were playing football and it started raining when the kids when to take a shelter in a grass hut when the lightening killed them. In East Africa countries we experience a lot of heavy rains accompanied with lightening especially in rainy or wet season. Its such a sad news that Uganda has lost these energetic kids
