A report has revealed that the number of Members of the National Assembly and Senators who did not contribute in Parliament continues to rise. The report done by Mzalendo Trust titled 2020 Parliamentary Scorecard 2020 revealed that the number of silent MPs in the National Assembly rose by 10 and the Senate by two, compared to 2019.

Among those who have found themselves in the list are Vocal Members of Parliament who have always found themselves talking loudly on the floor of the parliament.
A report by the Mzalendo Trust titled 2020 parliamentary Scorecard has revealed the number of members of parliament and the senators who have not contributed in parliament. The list has risen compared to 2019. The scorecard has shown that the number of MPs in the National Assembly has rose by 10 and that of Senate by 2 compared to 2019.

According to the recent released scorecard, Baringo Senator Gideon Moi is among the 34 legislators who never spoke in 2020 inside the legislature.
