Kenya's Legal advisor to the Government Attorney General Kihara Kariuki has withdrawn an application that had been filed at high court.According to an article published by the Star Newspaper, the letter dated 18 May to the Deputy Registrar, the Attorney General Kihara Kariuki has decided to withdraw the stay application following High Court decision to nullify the whole BBI process.
