Majority of Kenyans expected that with Uhuru’s orders to lift the dusk to dawn curfew, they were free to party and drink all night long as it was the norm pre-covid-19.

Health Cabinet Secretary Mutahi Kagwe has announced that bars and restaurants will close at 11pm beginning today. Kagwe, who was clarifying the time which the joints should close their businesses following the lifting of the curfew said all other health protocols should be adhered to keenly.
