Ali hosted in his office Mr. Mark Barrah and Mr. Alex Mayhook Walker, executives from Africa Oil Corporation which wants to invest in carbon credits in the area.

Water Trucking to Address the Drought Menace

The County Government of Garissa today launched the second phase of the emergency water trucking program to mitigate the looming drought. County Secretary Abdi M Ali and the CEC Water and Irrigation Hon Abdi Omar flagged of the trucks today to engage in a continous water trucking to the hard-hit areas in all the seven sub-counties.
