The African continent is home to more than 50 different countries. There are vibrant cities like cape Town, Cairo, and Marrakesh you can explore. The continent has wildlife on a safari in Kenya, South Africa, or Tanzania.

The African continent is home to natural attractions like Victoria Falls, which is one of the Seven natural wonders of the world. There is highest mountain in Africa, which is Mount Kilimanjaro in Tanzania.

Explore Cape Town, South Africa

Cape Town lies at the southern tip of South Africa near the Cape of Good Hope. The city is rich and visually stunning. There are Twelve Apostle rocks formations, which provide the backdrop for gorgeous white sand beaches, like Clifton and Camps Bay. There are several adventures, like hiking to the top of Lion's Head to watch sunrise. Historic explorations like Robben Island, where Nelson Mandela was prisoned for 27 years before the fall of Apartheid regime.

The city has plethora museums, galleries, local boutiques, and world class restaurants and hotels. You can explore the Victoria and Alfred Waterfront, or around Long Street and Greenmarket Square. The African penguins are found at Boulders Beach, or in the beach town of Muizenberg.

This is a place where Arab dhows play the perfect picture of the sea. The Stone Town has narrow alleya like old mosques, vibrant bazaas, and roads with carved doorways. The island has gorgeous beaches, and is the home of more than 500 marine species.

In the northern part of the lsland, there is a favorite beach destination called Nungwi. The lsland has hotels and guesthouses which include; The Z Hotel Zanzibar. This hotel has a beautiful tropical garden, and all rooms have ceiling glass doors opening on to facing sea balconies. The beds have a romantic vibe with mosquito nets.

Pyramids of Giza, Egypt

The pyramids and the Great Sphinx date back to the 26th century BCE. These pyramids are the most iconic attraction in Egypt. Cairo which is the largest and the capital city is also fascinating to visit. The city is set on the banks of River Nile. Cairo is a buzzy place with modern metropolis. You can have a visit to the Egyptian Museum. There is a luxe hotel known as Fairmont Nile City. The hotel has high floor rooms, thus one can view the Pyramids of Giza in the distance. The rooftop of the hotel has swimming pool, restaurant, and a spa.

Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe and Zambia

Victoria Falls is protected by UNESCO World Heritage. It is located on the Zambezi River, which creates the border between Zimbabwe and Zambia. The waterfall creates a 1.7 kilometer long curtain of water as it drops. You can explore the Zimbabwe side of the waterfall using a walking trail. On the Zambia side there is Devil's Pool, which sits at the top of the falls. Both sides have lodging and restaurants.

In Rwanda there is Virunga Mountains, which are home to more than half of the remaining wild population on the planet. Volcanoes National Park is the place where majestic primates takes place. Rwanda is one of the smallest countries in Africa. Kigali is the capital city, which is one of the cleanest cities in Africa. The city is located 2.5 hours from the gorilla trekking, thus it is easy to explore this emerging tourism destination.
