Wilson Airport Airspace To Be Closed Temporarily On Saturday, Here Is The Reason Why.

Wilson Airport airspace will be temporarily closed on Saturday and this is in an announcement by the Kenya Civil Aviation Authority (KCAA). This will affect flights that are arriving and even departing to and from the facility on Saturday.

The closure will be due to the Kenya Defence Museum Air Show Festival which will take place on Saturday at the Uhuru Gardens. According to KCAA, the closure will take place as from 7am to 2pm.

Passangers have since been asked to check their flights status before heading to the Airport.

The KDF will hold a number of drills exercise led by the Kenya Air Force and the entrance to the Uhuru Gardens will be free.
