"About the video making rounds on social media of someone sending about Uganda Airlines I have spoken to the leadership of the airline to take action against the stuff in charge when this happened'," Katumba tweeted.

In the video that was causing a buzz online, the seller could be seen scooping grasshoppers to visibly excited passengers aboard the national carrier en-route to Dubai, and to the surprise of many the plane's crew were nowhere to calm the situation.

In a statement released Today Ugandan airline authorities condemn the act saying that action will be taken against the crew that were on duty "we will not take this contact lightly as it undermines the spirit of the National carrier, no one should be exposed to unruly market experience on a flight," part of the statement read.
