Despite the fact that Kenya Airways has changed management several times, the losses continue to pile up on the airline that many see as one of the most successful in Africa and the world.
This morning, the Chief Executive Officer of Kenya Airways, Allan Kilavuka has announced that the company has seen yet another year of losses.

The KQ boss says that the company is unable to meet the payment of salaries of the pilots that operate under its wings.
The KQ boss says that the company can only afford to pay those pilots who earn a maximum salary of just 80,000 Kenya shillings.
Kenyans were quick to react on this issue by saying the following:
Dphrah Wanyama: 80k? Mediocrity of the highest order. Meanwhile respect those guys in the construction sector, white colour jobs is a scam.
Anthony Musembi Wambua: A pilot earning 80k when a matatu driver takes home over 90k a month? This is a joke.
Stephen Odhiambo: Did I hear recently about the KQ's increase in revenue? And real quick, did tht ceo also cut the pay or he's still earning millions plus the board?
