A kenyan woman identified as Lagertha was left counting her losses after a clever customer outwitted her after cheaply renting her Air BnB. Air BnB is a rental service in wich a home owner rents out their house to other people at a small fee.
According to the post seen on Gerald's Bitok's Facebook page, the clever client rented the ladies' house through AirBnB. During the stay, the clever client decided to use the ladies' gas to boil her cereal. According to her, the client boiled cereal worth three months using her gas, which she had refilled.
Kenyans in the comment section reacted hilariously to the post, with some suggesting it was a good idea. Another user questioned the credibility of the story, considering that refilling a 13-kg gas cylinder is not very expensive.
A third person commented by revealing another clever way in which Kenyans can have their luggage safely placed for them in an area for free while in major towns. The user pointed out that a person can leave their luggage at supermarkets and come back to collect them later, after they are done with their activities.
