Once you receive the message, there is one thing you need to do to avoid the costly inconvenience of traveling far to collect your card as some people have experienced.
Immediately after receiving the message, you are supposed to click the website link on the SMS or call the number given before 24 hours are over. In this way, you can change the card collection point in case it is far from your residence.
