End of The Road as Passenger Who Had Successfully Sneaked Drugs Out of JKIA is Nabbed in Ethiopia

Officials at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport have put on the spot after a passenger from JKIA was nabbed in possession of illegal drugs at Ethiopian Airport. According to sources reporting from Ethiopia Customs Commission, a passenger was busted on Wednesday, September, 28th, 2022 with drugs suspected to be worth Ksh.1.7 billion.

A source from Ethiopia reported that a female passenger had successfully landed in Ethiopia with cocaine concealed in some of her bags. She was nabbed using the Green Line to smuggle 2 luggage weighing 48.62 and 48.86 kilograms of cocaine. The suspect was nabbed with 97 kilograms of cocaine immediately after landing at Bole International Airport in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia.

The big question now remains on how she managed to sneak the cocaine through JKIA to Addis Ababa. However, it has been established that she concealed the package by faking a book and rapping it with an aluminium foil in an attempt to sneak the security check without being noticed. This is not the fast case where a passenger is caught while trying to sneak illegal drugs into a country.
