The month of October of this year is supposed to witness the opening of the first phase of the digital African capital and the new administrative capital of Egypt, and the first phase of which includes the following:

4 - The new headquarters of the Egyptian army, "Octagon", in which each department represents the leadership of an administration from the armed forces' arms branches. The headquarters was secured with the most modern means of protection and air defense in the world.
5- The central business district, which consists of 20 residential, administrative, commercial and hotel towers in the center of the iconic tower in Africa.
6- The headquarters of the Central Bank and a printing press PVC, in addition to a dedicated area for the headquarters of 18 banks.
7- Egypt Olympic City, which is the largest integrated Olympic city in the Middle East, includes an international stadium with a capacity of 90,000 spectators, 2 covered halls, a swimming pool complex, five-a-side and legal football fields, a hockey field, tennis, squash and basketball courts, in addition to halls for combat games, a hall for people with special needs and a social building .
8- The City of Culture and Arts, which contains theaters, various exhibition halls, libraries, cinemas, music and art galleries, a new opera house, the Capital Museum, and a service area
9- Capital International Airport
10- Al Massa Hotel
11- The National Council for the Families of Martyrs
12- 5 international universities, most notably the British Coventry University and the German and Canadian University.
13- Some distinctive, luxurious and medium residential neighborhoods.
