Comparison between Nakuru City in Kenya and Arusha city in Tanzania - photos.
Nakuru City and Arusha city as both the fourth largest cities in Kenya and Tanzania respectively, but Nakuru is referred as the fastest growing city in Kenya and East Africa. Here are the comparison between the two cities;
Nakuru City
1. Stadium
Nakuru is has one of the largest stadia in Kenya called Afraha stadium. The stadium which is currently under renovation is set to hold people up to a capacity of 30,000 and is set to attain international standards.
2. Airport
Nakuru is also having a magnificent airport called Lanet Airport which is currently under construction to reach international standards.
3. Lake
Nakuru City has a lake which is popularly known as home for Flamingoes. Lake Nakuru is one of the largest lakes in the Kenya.
4 National park.
The city of Nakuru also has a National park which is home for all the big five wild animals and other wild animals.
5. Markets
There are several big markets within Nakuru City and there are more which are currently under construction following the upgrade of the town to a city.
6. Learning Institutions.
Nakuru is also an educational centre and it hosts several universities and colleges, here are some of the universities found in the city;

1. National park
Arusha city just like Nakuru it has also a National park which is home for various wild animals.
2. Lake
Arusha also hosts a Lake called Lake Duluti hut it is small compared to Lake Nakuru.
3. Stadium
Arusha has a stadium called Sheikh Amed Karume which host Tanzanian Premier League matches and it is also under renovation.
4. Airport
Arusha has an international stadium which started operating several years back.
5. Learning Institutions
Arusha hosts several universities institutions such as University of Dar-es-Salaam branch, Arusha University and many others.
