According to reports officially announced by Safaricom, the M-Pesa services including transactions and Airtime purchases will be unavailable from Tuesday 19th at 11:59 pm to Wednesday 20th at 4:00 am over planned maintenance.
"In this regard our M-Pesa services shall be undergoing planned maintenance on Tuesday 19th October 2021, starting from 2359hrs to Wednesday 0400hrs. During the maintenance, all M-Pesa services including airtime purchases shall be temporarily unavailable." Part of Safaricom's statement reads.
