In their message, Safaricom has given their only official number which they will use to contact all their customers across the Nation.
This mobile network company has urged their customers to report any suspicious numbers claiming to be from Safaricom by sending an SMS to 333.For more clarification of this information, visit their official Twitter handle Safaricom PLC.
Do not accept to be conned since Safaricom has brought an easy way of reporting fraudsters.
Reads a statement from their official Twitter handle and states the following, "Received a call from a suspicious source? Our only official number is 0722 000 000 and it is the only number we will call you from.Report any suspicious numbers claiming to be from Safaricom by sending an SMS to 333."
