The CS Interior has responded to reports that government key installations were hacked by Chinese. According to the CS, the reports that Chinese obtained information from Kenyan Statehouse is untrue and largely misleading for most of the installations are from Asia. However, government admits that the networking sites are largely from China.

Kindiki has affirmed that there was no way the government of China could engage third parties yet they could have done it directly. Kindiki has asked Kenyans to consider the alleged hacking reports as propaganda.
PS Raymond Omollo has also dismissed reports that hacking of government systems happened as reported by Reuters. He is firm that all vital government information remains sacred and it's not in the public domain.
It's clear that Kenya has huge loans from China and that's why Kenyans are scared that the government of China might want to know more about Kenya. It's obvious that Ruto has shifted his business ideology from China to Europe and this might be a matter of concern to them.
