The construction of any new stadiums anywhere in the nation has been put on indefinite hold by the government, effective immediately. Ababu Namwamba, Cabinet Secretary for Sports and Youths Affairs, stated that the action is intended to come up with a solid strategy to construct and renovate all stadia infrastructures. He strongly encouraged young people to improve their digital literacy in order to get the full benefits of the technological realm.
In addition, while speaking in Budalangi during the start of Kenya Innovation Week to have an influence on the digital skills of youngsters, the Cabinet Secretary disclosed that plans to launch the "Talanta Hela" scheme are at an advanced level.
He strongly encouraged young people to improve their digital literacy in order to get the full benefits of the technological realm.
"We want to make it possible for you to use your mobile devices and computers to discover new opportunities and develop. We want you to innovate in the scientific field, and the Kenya National Innovation Agency will provide you with support if you do so," he continued.
