The Okoa Jahazi only allow safaricom users to access to a minimum of Ksh.5 while the Fuliza can allow one to purchase the amount even lesser that the initial 5 shillings.
The Fuliza can allow one to purchase credit to another company such as Airtel and Telcom. This service has simplify the whole process of buying credit. One can save much time of moving around to the shop and supermarkets to get the scratch cards.
