Man Feared By Azimio And Accused Of Tampering With IEBC Servers Now Leading Ruto's Team Revealed

Raila Odinga's major challenger, William Ruto, has hired two prominent Information Technology experts to help him rise to the House of Representatives in view of the revelation that the next General Election is dependent on technology.

Jubilee Party's top agent, Mr. Davies Chirchir, is currently working for DP Ruto.

During the 2017 elections, he served as a representative of President Uhuru Kenyatta at the national counting center.

East African Data Handlers CEO and Managing Director George Njoroge serves as Azimio's ICT head.

They've all been given particular assignments to help their camp win the championship.

Currently, Mr. Chirchir, a science and business graduate of the University of Nairobi and the Royal Holloway, University of London, serves as the deputy president's chief of staff.

Mr. Njoroge belongs to the International Society of Forensic Computer Examiners (ISFCE). An MBA in International Business from the Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology is among his qualifications.

Mr. Chirchir has a wealth of experience in electoral matters as the previous head of ICT at the Interim Independent Electoral Commission (IIEC), the forerunner of the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC).

It's up to him to perform his magic and deliver victory, as well as to ensure that no one tampers with the electronic voting, transmission, or tally of the vote.

Davis Chirchir has already been accused of vote rigging by Mr. Odinga. Chirchir is reported to be hated and dreaded in Azimio.

He is unable to openly debate the issue as a civil servant, even if he rarely interacts with the media in his customary function. He rather likes to spend his time in front of a computer.
