Safaricom which is one of the leading communication network in the country has announced that some of the important services linked to Mpesa will be temporarily unavailable as from tommorow midnight.
According to the notice that was shared online, Mpesa will be undergoing some maintanance and some of the services including purchasing airtime and sending money will be interrupted."We are constantly investing and innovating Mpesa to ensure that we continue to meet the needs of our customers as well as continue to support our patners in their business ambitions," read the notice from safaricom.
"To support this continued transformation, we regularly undertake enhancement and maintainance of our systems from time to time. In this regard, our Mpesa srrvices will be undergoing planned maintanance on Tuesday, starti g from 2359hrs to Wednesday 0400hrs," they added.
