If you are a Safaricom user, you are set to spend 10 hours for not using Safaricom services. Safaricom company released a message intending to inform the people that their services will not be available as from July 24 to July 25. The good news about this inconvenience is that the scheduled hours will commence at night when most people will not be using the services.
The services to be shut down during these dates are loan services, mpesa, buying airtime and internet services. Safaricom however explained their reason for doing this stating that they wanted to improve the network. They said that they were trying to improve the experience of people using the network.
They said that this chance would help them modify Safaricom and tackle all challenges that have been experienced previously. Safaricom however apologized for this inconvenience saying that after the process was over, everything would resume to normal.
