Safaricom is one of the biggest communication and networking system that millions of Kenyans rely on its services which are many and not only making calls but also providing browsing services.
The company has announced a very important notice to its users revealing that due to planned maintenance there will no transactions as from 11.59pm to 4.00am in the morning of Wednesday.
All the Mpesa services including buying of bundles, buying airtime will be unavailable.
"We are constantly inventing and innovating Mpesa to ensure that we continue to meet the needs of our customers as well as continue to support our partners in their business ambition" their statement read.
The maintenance is meant to support the continued the transformation, "...we regularly undertake enhancement of our systems from time to time" they added.
Actually it is good to inform the users as early as now and that has been their nature so as to avoid many questions that might arise during the many transactions that people could have had done.
