The Kenya Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA) earlier assured all drivers to migrate to digital platform before July. They were called to visit NTSA portal and apply for digital driving license. To go on for this process you need to have original identification card and of course your phone. Kenya Revenue Authority certificate is mandatory during application.
Now go to NTSA website and register if you don't have Tims account. Use serial number written on your ID card. You will be asked to enter maiden name of your mother correctly. The system will recognized all correct information according to data base information. At this stage, you are suppose to provide correct information because you will reliable for false information.
Once you have filled all the information, enter the code you have received on your phone. This is one time password (OTP) that should be used within the specific time. Remember there is a delay while processing your request. In this case you are suppose to look out for stable network. After you have login your portal go to book now icon and click on the date you will be available because you will have to avail yourself in person.
Select your preferred station where you will be taking your finger prints then make payment as per the guide.
