Arsenal are planning for next season with expectations that few high profile players may arrive at their Emirates Stadium in this summer. Especially after losing Aubameyang last winter as well as Lacazette this summer on a free transfer to Lyon.
We however take a look into why the Gunners may sack Arteta next season. Firstly, if Arsenal will sign all Arteta's player targets this summer then pressure will be on the manager and not the club owners.
As the fans will understand how best the club has supported a 40-year-old Arteta in the transfer market with what he had as well requested. The fact that he start the season poorly maybe like last season losing early matches.
Fans will definitely turn on the manager especially having more quality in his squad depth. He will have no reason to blame club owners and fans may definitely protests calling for his sacking.
Secondly, incase of a dressing room rift at the London side the club may decide to part ways with the manager and bring in the more experienced gaffer. Considering Arteta has the issue of a captain to solve after Lacazette left the club.
Depending on who gets the armband on a permanent basis if he will be accepted by fellow Arsenal players. There will not be the situation where a rift in the dressing room will force club to wait until January to sanction departure of unhappy players while the team take poor results.
Definitely the quick response will be sacking Arteta if he has as well failed to put the dressing room in the right direction. Arteta now has a point to prove his getting the club in the right path in this coming season despite having signed a new deal with the club recently.
