According to reliable sources, Cristiano Ronaldo is incessantly trying to convince Manchester United to sign Federico Chiesa from Juventus before Chelsea manage a breakthrough. Rumor has it that Chiesa’s release clause with Juventus is way over €100 Million but Manchester United have the financial might to make the deal happen. This being said, analysts have been taking record of the odds of the Italian joining the Red Devil’s this season.
Chiesa still has four more years with Juventus and he is relishing the unwavering attention being given to him by the current coach Massimiliano Allegri. However, it is highly unlikely that Chiesa will dub Juventus for Manchester United because Old Trafford is stuffed with young talents who will interfere with his game time.
Former Manchester United defender Danny Blind has criticized Ole Gunnar Solskjaer for his cup-less run with the club since he took charge in 2018. Blind said that Manchester United deserve better if not the best because going by the quality of players in the current squad, the Red Devils should be on the league of their own this season.
Blind said that fans have been waiting for almost three years and every time they get close to winning a silverware, Solksjaer’s poor tactics always get in the way and everything gets ruined. He even went ahead and hinted that the Coach may be a bad omen to the club and therefore plans to appoint a new manager, preferably Antonio Conte should be set in motion.
Manchester United skipper Harry Maguire has been a positive influence on the club both on and off the pitch. His injury has caused a lot of worry to Manchester United fans who have said that they are now preparing for the worst because their best defense partnership (Varane and Maguire) is injured at the moment. Eric Bailly and Victor Lindelof will now be regular starters for the Red Devils in the upcoming fixtures, and the fixtures are not easy at all.
