A file photo of Kirinyaga county governor with DP William Ruto.
According to him, they were supposed to use the stadium but the county government of Kirinyaga cannot access the stadium since it has not yet been handed to them by the National Government.
This comes as a blow to Governor Anne Waiguru who is the Kirinyaga county boss and also a close ally of the deputy president William Ruto and his hustler nation movement.
"Deep State and The System have blocked the Kenya Kwanza team from Wanguru Stadium, Kirinyaga County. They say that the Stadium still belongs to National Government and has NOT been handed to the County."Dennis Itumbi. https://t.co/t1Lro9TNWf
It is not yet known when the Kenya Kwanza was to use to stadium to advance the ideologies of the deputy president William Ruto led group made up of his new allies.
Among those who make up the Kenya Kwanza group is the allies of the deputy president William Ruto among them Amani National Congress ANC party leader Musalia Mudavadi and his Ford Kenya counterpart Moses Wetangula who is also the Bungoma county senator.
