The Foxes broke the deadlock in the 6th minute, as Marcos Alonso's blunder saw James Maddison slot home a sensational strike to give the visitors the lead. Chelsea however responded back in the 35th minute with another remarkable strike of their own courtesy of Marcos Alonso to ensure both sides were level at halftime. Both sides tried to find the winner in the 2nd half, but both sets of defense remained firm to ensure they took home a share of the spoils.
Despite his early howler which gifted Leicester the opener, Marcos Alonso made ammends with a superp strike & he also produced an exceptional perfomance in that match both offensively & defensively.
