Arsenal Possible Next Managers Shortlisted

Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has to show his tactics in the remaining 4 games and maybe produce magic. The gunners are already out of Champions league for the next season and are on the verge of loosing Europa league position too. Arteta is now under pressure as fans are demanding for change. The club owners assured the Spanish coach his future at Emirates but fans have lost confidence in him.

Reports from England via The Daily Mail suggest that Arsenal has already identified and shortlisted managers that can take Arteta's role. This list includes :- Athletico Madrid's coach Diego Someone, Patrick Virtual, Rafa Benitez, Brendan Rodgers and Massmiliano Allegro.

Ray Parlour: "I don’t see any leaders at Arsenal. Going back to my time, we had three or four of them in our team, Vieira, Keown, Adams, and when you weren’t doing your job you’d get hammered! But Arsenal don’t have any players like that now.”

Changes need to be addressed at Arsenal more so in buying quality players and offloading incompetent players. The leadership qualities at the current squad are low and also need to be given priorities when buying players in the summer transfer window.
