Gormahia Football Club has called for the fans and supporters to help in fundraising money for their sustainability.
The top club in Kenya Premier League (KPL) through a press release wants the fans to be the main source of members and fans.
Fans will be required to make monthly payments of any amount they feel it will benefit the club.
A Safaricom playbill number had been created to help fans in paying at the comfort of their homes.
The club has also promised to create a sacco where fans and interested parties are going to invest.
The successful club in KPL has been facing financial challenges due to Covid-19.
Covid has limited the club from money-bringing activities such playing behind closed doors.
Most of the fans are not satisfied with the move.
They are arguing that such club shouldn't be begging like ex Tahidi high actor Omosh.
