5 Smallest Stadiums In EPL

The English Premier League is arguably the best league in terms of its competitiveness and world class players gracing it including Cristiano Ronaldo.

In this league there are a total of 20 teams competing every season and there are teams with very large stadiums while others have stadiums with relatively low capacity. In this article, we are going to look at the five smallest stadiums in English Premier League.

1. Brentford Community Stadium

This is the home to newly promoted side Brentford FC. It is also the newest stadium in EPL since its construction was completed in 2020. Being the smallest stadium in EPL, it only has a capacity of 17,250 seats.

2. Turf Moor

Turf Moor is the home to premier league side Burnley FC. This stadium has quite an impressive history since it is the longest continuously used ground of any of the 50 teams which have played in English premier league. It has a capacity of only 21,944 seats.

3. Vicarage Stadium

This is the home to Watford FC. It first opened its gates to fans in the year 1922 and has a capacity of 22,200 seats.

4. Selhurst Park

The London based stadium is the home to Crystal Palace. It is one of the many stadiums located in and around London. Its capacity is 26,704 seats.

5. Carrow Road

This home to Norwich City was constructed in the year 1935 and has been home to Norwich City ever since. When full, it houses a total of 27,244 fans.
