Playmaker Has Allegedly Agreed to Join Arsenal, Bid Expected

After purportedly signing Marquinhos, Fabio Vieira, Matt Turner, and Gabriel Jesus during the summer transfer season, Arsenal is reportedly the busiest team.

Despite the four transactions, the Spanish manager is optimistic about completing a double deal that will bring one of the top playmakers in the world to Emirates together with Man United target Lissandro Martinez in an effort to bolster his team in time for the upcoming season.

However, according to journalist Ben Jacobs, playmaker Youri Tielemans, a target of Arsenal, has reportedly reached a personal agreement with technical director Edu and wants to transfer to Emirates.

Further claims state that the player has not received a formal offer and is merely waiting for Arsenal to come and collect him. It appears that the 26-year-old, who is also a target for Erik Ten Hag, is pleading with the North London club to speed up their recruitment efforts in order to secure him before EPL rivals. Eriksen's move is expected to fall through.

The addition of Tielemans' abilities and experience to the group of midfielders that already includes Smith Rowe, Martin Odegaard, and freshly acquired Fabio Vieira is thought to be the ideal goal.

Hector Bellarin, a 30-year-old defender, is still pressing for a transfer out and is interested in signing a long-term deal with Real Betis of Spain.
