Michael Jordan Walked Away From a 2 Hour $ 100 Million Deal

Michael Jordan is by acclamation, the greatest basketball player of all time. He is the richest pro player in the world.

If you offered most people $ 100 Million (approx Kshs 10 Billion) to grace a 2 hour event, they would take it without thinking much but not Michael Jordan. He once turned down an opportunity to make $ 100 Million by attending a branding event.

His agent, David Falk disclosed this and said, "Michael Jordan always did what he wanted."

“I brought him a deal three years ago for $100 million. All he had to do was, other than giving his name and likeness, make a one two-hour appearance to announce the deal and he turned it down,” Falk added

It was not a big deal for Jordan to turn down such a big deal and he did turn down many.

Michael, is the most popular athlete of all time and his deal with Nike for Air Jordan was worth over $1 Billion.

Jordan is careful about how he relates with the public. He is a spokesperson for Chevrolet, MacDonald and Coca-Cola
