Kinoru stadium is located at the outskirts in Meru County, currently ranked immediately after the famous stadiums that Kasarani and Nyayo as the third national stadium. The stadium was recently renovated by the government and its currently a FIFA international standard stadium that is expected to be hosting some of both and international games in our republic.
The newly opened stadium is going to nature talents in Meru County and as you see from the development photos the stadium is done to have sitting terraces around the field and it can host up to 20,000 people at a time. From the looks, its so nice due to the running track and pitch though the pitch was to be planted with artificial grass after the FKF officials assessed its suitability to host the planned games.
