Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta has praised exceptional Martin Odegaard as the most coveted current Arsenal player this season. Speaking with the Sky Sports, the Gunners manager revealed that the 23 year old had become their new permanent captain in this campaign. Odegaard has actually made a significant impact at Arsenal since his arrival at the club from Spanish champions Real Madrid.
The Gunners boss revealed that the Norway international has done tremendously well and is an iconic figure in the dressing room as all the player's respect and live him. The boss said that lots of people look up to him, have much respect for him and they actually admire his leadership qualities at the club. He is an exceptional footballer that always wants to play the way the team wants to play and is so much determined to make Arsenal a very successful club in Europe.
Mikel Arteta revealed that it is not possible for a player aged 23 years to be a captain for his national team and club as well. This shows his qualities as a player and as a leader. The Arsenal Boss praised the Skipper sitting that the player will only get better as years go with lots of experience around him.
