The Only Two Premier League Clubs Which Have Not Conceded A Goal This Season

The English Premier League new season has already and we have already witnessed some incredible records and achievements. Manchester City and Arsenal are currently at the top of the Premier League table each with 6 points after just two games played.

We are likely to watch some impressive runs and records this season considering how the big clubs have been doing well. It will be difficult to predict the favorite team to win the league this season as most of the top six clubs are doing better.

Big clubs like Manchester United United and Liverpool have been struggling in the two league games they have played this season. The two giants have failed to win a Premier League match this season despite having some of the best players in the league.

There have been two Premier League clubs that have not conceded a goal this season. Manchester City and Newcastle United have not conceded a goal since the start of the 2022/23 season.

The two clubs have been decent defensively and despite other teams conceding goals they have. maintained a perfect start. Newcastle United has played against Nottingham Forest and the other against Brighton Hove and Albion.

Against Nottingham forest, during the first game week, the Magpies scored two goals and didn't concede any while in the second match of the season they had a goalless draw with Brighton.

Pep Guardiola on the other hand has won their two opening matches of the season without conceding. The Citizens scored two goals again West Ham United in the first match of the campaign while scoring four goals against Bournemouth without conceding any.

This is a remarkable record in the league conceding all the other clubs have conceded a goal, especially the top six clubs which seemed better defensively.
