Here's what's up at the Theater of Dreams:
Who do you want Ten Hag to sign for his project, Frankie de Jong or Jude Bellingham? There's no need to be concerned about who to sign; Sports Mole reports that United intends to sign both in a single swoop.
Last summer, the Red Devils were desperate to strengthen their central midfield and attempted but failed to sign Frankie de Jong. They spent £59 million on Casemiro, but there's a feeling United will need to bolster their midfield further because what Casemiro offers isn't what De Jong does. Casemiro is more of a defensive midfielder, whereas De Jong is more of a possession midfielder. Bottom line: United's midfield still requires some creativity, which De Jong and Bellingham could provide.
If Football Transfer Tarven is correct, Ruben Neves' potential move to Manchester United may never happen. According to the report, the Portuguese international is now more likely to move to Barcelona next summer.
FTT writes, "Neves is convinced that he can secure a move to Barcelona next summer, joining the Xavi revolution at the Nou Camp." There's no denying Ruben Neves was one of the midfielders linked to United last summer, but a deal never materialised. However, if United can sign the pair (De Jong and Bellingham), they won't have to worry about Neves joining Barcelona.
