Manchester United have had several players linked with a move to Old Trafford over the summer transfer window with Erling Haaland, Jadon Sancho, Jack Grealish and Pau Torres being among the big names being spoken about.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is very likely to sign two of the four players linked to Manchester United, but his priority target has always remained to be Erling Haaland.

His father and agent, Mino Raiola, were in Spain some two days ago to hear what Barcelona and Real Madrid will be offering to the top striker.

The two also jetted in to England as they look forward to meet the two Manchester clubs and Chelsea to hear what they have for Erling Haaland.

According to Express Sports News reports, Manchester United have received a huge set back in their chase for the striker as he believes that Barcelona 'love him' and it will be a great pleasure playing alongside Lionel Messi.

Barcelona also view Erling Haaland as the perfect replacement of Luis Suarez who moved to Atletico Madrid last summer as they never brought in his replacement.

However, Manchester United might attempt to sign other alternative targets like Harry Kane who will be available over the summer transfer window.
