Direct talks will take place today between Chelsea and Brighton to discuss fee and potential players to be included in the deal.
Brighton always asked for £50m fee and Levi Colwill could be part of the negotiations between the two clubs.
Personal terms will be discussed between the agents of Cucurella and Chelsea in the next hours.
Manchester City and Cucurella agreed on personal terms weeks ago but there’s still no agreement with Brighton on the fee, despite Marc submitting a transfer request.
Man City insist they have still no intention to improve their last bid: £40m fee, turned down by Brighton.
