Premier League giants Manchester City could be set for a massive transfer in the coming January transfer window, with reports from the British media suggesting that the club's owner Sheikh Mansour has instructed manager, Pep Guardiola to make a move to sign Paris Saint-Germain superstar, Kyllian Mbappe at any cost after missing out on a chance to sign Tottenham Hotspurs star striker, Harry Kane in the last summer transfer window.
According to reports from the Transfer Window Podcast (via Sky Sports Paper Talk), the Cityzens are ready to splash huge inorder to secure the signature of Mbappe in January, with the French international facing the final months of his contract at the Parc des Princess.
However, despite their massive interest on the 22 year old prolific scorer, the Pep Guardiola's side will no doubt face a big competition from La Liga giants, Real Madrid who came close to signing him in the summer after making a €180million bid.
Moreover, the Mauricio Pochettihno's side are also not willing to lose their prized asset at the cheap with them still confident of convincing the player to sign a new improved contract and hence, it remains to be seen how things will turn out in January.
