Argentina led by Lionel Messi we're able to beat Mexico on Saturday in what turned out to be a highly contested game. Argentina needed to win to avoid being dumped out of the world cup during their second match of the competition.
However, Mexicans, led by top boxer Canelo Alvarez are not at all pleased with Messi, especially after what the PSG star did in the dressing room after the win against Mexico. In recent footage, Messi and other Argentine players celebrated the incredible win inside the dressing room.
Messi who was seated was spotted taking off his shoes and placing them on top of the Mexican jersey that he had placed on the floor. Messi had probably gotten the jersey after an exchange with a Mexican player.
However, Mexican boxer Canelo Alvarez did not take Messi's act kindly as he accused Messi of disrespecting Mexicans. He went on to vow that something bad would happen if he ever managed to come face-to-face with Messi.
Alvarez did not stop there as he added insult upon insult on Messi. "Saw Messi clean up the floor with our jersey. "He should pray to God I don't find him." Alvarez said.
