Edouard Osoque Mendy is a professional footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for Premier League club; Chelsea and the Senegal national team.
The Senegalese and Chelsea goal keeper, has been named as the "Qofficiel sportsman of the year". This has come subsequently weeks after the Senegalese international won his first AFCON trophy and the club world cup trophy.
Undoubtedly, Edouard Mendy is currently one of the best goal keepers in the world of football at the moment. His brilliant saves last year sawed him the 'FIFA Best Goalkeeper award', while his brilliant saves in the just concluded African Cup Of Nations earned him the 'Best Goal keeper of the tournament'.
