Donny Van De Beek
The situation at Manchester United concerning Donny Van De Beek has gone haywire and rumor about his premature exit is already making rounds online. Arsenal fans have been buzzing about the prospect of signing the Dutchman in January as Arsenal will be without Mohammed Elneny and Thomas Partey in the midfield department.
Manchester United snatched Van De Beek from Arsenal’s grasp last year and the Gunners are looking forward to landing the player in January as a contingent measure. Van De Beek is willing to settle for anything at the moment provided his given enough playing time by his next club. Arsenal are keenly monitoring the situation and it will not be a surprise if he is signed on loan in January.
Serge Gnabry’s contract with Bayern Munich is almost over and plans to renew his contract are already in motion as the Bavarians want to keep the winger within their reach. This will be a big blow to Arsenal fans who were keen on convincing Arsenal’s football director Edu Gasper to make plans of signing him as a free agent next year.
Serge Gnabry had recently admitted that he would want to rejoin Arsenal at some point in his career so as to give back to the club which sparked his career. Gnabry’s valuation according to Fifa stands at €60 Million and his release clause with the Bavarians is estimated to be over €100 Million. After the last summer transfer spending spree, Arsenal’s board will be reluctant to cash out more money in January or the next summer transfer therefore getting Gnabry would only mean signing him for free as a free agent.
Martin Odegaard’s brilliant free-kick was voted the third-best goal of the Month by players and fans. Odegaard’s precise free-kick technique is very prolific and he is well known as a dead-ball specialist by players and fans alike. He is currently Arsenal’s main set-piece taker following the departure of Willian. Going forward, Arsenal’s fraternity expects many other great goals from him as well as assists.
