According to Telegraph, United's swap deal has allegedly been accepted by the Hammers with the release clause expected to be seytled by the Red Devils.

Ole Gunnar's priority is to find a defensive midfielder who can arguably shield the defence line and give creative midfielders like Paul Pogba and Bruno Fernandes a free role to feed the attackers.

Besides United, rice is as well being eyed by UEFA champions league winners Chelsea with rivals Manchester City as well in the race but Ole Gunnar Solskjaers' side might win the race since David Moyes is interested in reuniting with the 28 year old midfielder.
