Serbia V Jamaica
Since missing out on Euro 2020 via a penalty shoot out, Serbia have gone seven games without defeat, winning three and drawing 4 matches including three under new manager Dragan and includes coming back from losing positions in two.
Topically, Serbia have lost just one in their last 11 games against nations currently ranked within five places of Jamaica, who are 45th in the world in FIFA rankings. Notably, six of those 11 matches saw a different outcome than that of the halftime, at fulltime.
Jamaica began their preparations for the CONCACAF gold cup tonight, as they seek confidence in their pursuit of improving a semi final finish last time around. They have a raft of new English based Jamaican talent, and as such this new faces are still finding their feet, perhaps evidenced by the fact that a Jamaica side featuring six English born debutants were beaten 4-1 last time out.
In as much as the stats are favouring a BTTs here, history makes us think of both teams not scoring here tonight.
