The 2021/2022 season has come to an end today with all the matches having been played.One heated race was the one for goalkeepers with most cleansheets this season.The battle was between Ederson of ManCity and Allison of Liverpool.
The duo have however finished level with each of them winning the golden glove.They have both ended the season level on twenty cleansheets.
Hugo Lloris of Tottenham comes second having managed sixteen cleansheets this season.He has been fantastic especially since Conte took over.Edouard Mendy of Chelsea is third having managed forteen cleansheets.He started the season well but then the defense rigidity dropped a bit thanks to injuries from the likes of Chilwell and James.
Aaron Ramsdale of Arsenal finishes fifth with twelve cleansheets.He didn't manage any cleansheets in the last five matches though.He has also been one of the best goalkeepers of the season.
Jose Sa, Robert Sanchez and Emiliano Martinez all finish on eleven cleansheets.Congratulations to Allison and Ederson.
